The two main places to buy them are cd.japan.co.jp and hmv.co.jp. Both offer you points everytime you buy buy you get more from cdjapan.
You could also buy from amazon.co.jp but their translate to English service is poor.
Also if your Japanese is up to scratch diskunion

I find you really have to shop around as the best deal/shop often varies disc by disc. Apart from Ewemons' suggestions also Amazon.com & to a lesser extent .co.uk. - mainly in the marketplace section.
These recent threads have some tips which you might find useful ...
your good bad experiences with cd/vinyl suppliers
shm cds verdict
Buying from overseas can work out very cheap compared to UK, but not if you get clobbered with import duty + VAT + courier handling fees.
To reduce the chances of this IME ...
1: Specify use the national postal service of the country you are buying from with the seller where possible, rather than DHL, etc.
2: Always get your order split if you are buying more than 2 CDs from the same shop because large packages are almost always spotted by HMRC, but not lots of little 'uns. This will incease the P&P costs, but will be much less £ than a bill from HMRC.
3: Some companies will lower the declared value of your order,
which also reduces the risk of HMRCs attention, so read their FAQs &/or ask them.
Please let us know of your good experiences when you done some shopping.

I just use cd universe, with US relatives the shipping can be kept cheap as well.
The site is easy to navigate and jap imports are well covered.

Richard S - if you are around could you help 151 please?
