Hi Matt

I haven't got that record - is it a straight compilation or does it have any material not available on her other records?

Many thanks, Rotf

It is from 1999 and is a greatest hits package of sorts but with some different versions of the songs.

For me her best is Stones in the Road followed by Come On Come On. I also have some live stuff of hers ie a BBC show, Austin City Limits amongst others.

Also get the Wolf Trap dvd as it is excellent but DO NOT BUY the I Feel Lucky dvd as the pic quality is truly awful as well as they mixed the Austin City Limit tracks in amongst the Wolf Trap show. One of the worst dvd's I have ever watched.

I second the Wolf Trap recommendation. I had it on VHS and then bought again when it came out on DVD. She is playing Albany on June 24th.Looking forward to it.

Ewemon,

What were they charging? I am seeing her in a 980 seat theater. The tickets are $49.50 for the front section and $34.50 for the rear portions. Not cheap, but not unreasonable for that size venue.

I mean she is good, and I really want to see her, but I'd blanch at those prices(or go on my own).

I paid £40 to see Ipswich play Peterborough so £65 to see MCC seems a bargain.

good use of the word play.
