Steam machine recommended please

Posted by: andrea on 04 November 2009

Hi folks, I know similar topics have been treated already.
But my question is: which kind of steam machine would you recommend, here in Europe, if any?
Didn't find any hint on previous discussions.
Kind regards to all the willing contributors, and to the silent readers as well.

Unless you are talking about a Daft Punk track, I guess Padded Cell would be more appropriate.

All the other discussions on vinyl cleaning where into Hi-Fi Corner . . . . anyway, dunno how to move it away.
But . . . no answers ??

Ah for record cleaning. I think there are a couple of steam machine users here, perhaps they will be along.

Maybe report your post and ask for the thread to be moved to HiFi corner.?

Stu

Stu, I do have a VPI 16.5 but I'm looking for steam cleaning as well, only, do not know which kind of steamer to look at, there are so many . . . . and I've seen some produce few drops of water, so it is not fit for vinyl cleaning

Stu, I know,
steam record clearing is effective . . . .
Kuma does it . . . see here
Some elso does it, like this
And there are few enthusiasts of steam record cleaning, mainly in the States.
Only, I miss a clear reference to a good machine, here in Europe.
Kind Regards
