Please do remember that the recommended route for obtaining support for any Naim product should be via your dealer (ideally) or by contacting Naim Audio directly.
The forums - although a very useful resource - are quite active and as such it is difficult to ensure that we see and reply quickly to anyone needing help, plus, as a public forum, we are unable to ensure that every suggestion made on here, although well meaning, is actually appropriate.
