Our web site fully updated with all the new kit will go live Monday 16TH Sept late afternoon.

My third favorite part of the new site is the hand drawn map under the "contact" section that naim offers if one is going to visit the factory.
I assume England's road layout was not an inspiration for naim wiring schematics?
How long does a mailman have to study before having a go at unsupervised delivery in London? Has GPS helped?

The new site looks great, a big improvement on the old one.
In time, I'd also like to see a bit more detail included on current and older product ranges - people will be using the old stuff for a long time to come, and it has been one of Naim's great strengths that you continue to support old products so well.

Was OK this morning, connecting via a dial-up connection to the new website / home page. However, now when I enter 'www.naim-audio.com', or follow Manu's link via my cable modem I get the old splash screen. When I press 'Enter' I get an 'Error 404: file not found.'
Any other attempt using variations of 'naimaudio.com' takes me straight to Jeffries Hi-Fi website, the cheeky little f*ckers.
Any help / instructions would be appreciated...
Cheers,
Tim

Paul,
Please pass on to the entire team that the new site is a job well done! I am sure that everyone has been working full-out on this effort for quite a while. It really shows.
I expect that in the next few days there will be some fine -tuning to the site. It looks like many members have already provided feedback. For what its worth, I'll just add two comments:
1. Menu choices are not always available on the left margin when you are in a page view of a product. I did find the menu choices "Accessories, Analogue...Manuals" on the left when I was in the Fraim section, but not in all the other areas. For navigation of the site its helpful to have the menu choices.
2. Screen shots of the products. Is it possible to also get a rear shot of the components? From a user standpoint, its helpful to be able to see both views. My preference would also be for product shots to be larger in the overview sections.
I'm running Mac OS X with IE 5.2 and the page loads and layout are perfect! Love the image for the Forum!
This is off-topic, but will there one day be an "AV Corner" on the Forum? With the high profile of Naim's AV offerings on the new web site, it might make sense to have a specific area for AV discussions.
As someone new to Naim, I can tell you that the web site is a great sales tool along with the enthusiasm/knowledge of the members on the Forum! So I want to personally thank you and all of your colleagues.

GREAT SITE!
although I did like the old navbar at the left hand side. Oh well, can't like the 5-series look and the new web site nav too, eh?
In products->loudspeakers, is the Credo discontinued? It's not discontinued in the history.
And did the IXO ever exist? I'd better get a secondhand one soon before they become a bloody classic and the price goes through the roof.
Nice job done on the site guys and gals!
There's always money somewhere for the next upgrade...

I second PAC comments on:
rear shot of components,
an AV forum.

All opinions are my own, and reflect those of the organisation i work for, even if not stipulated.

I always used the old site as kind of benchmark when configuring clients' machines -- if it would run that Java menu widget then it would run anything short of ShatWest OnLine Banking. Now it's gone. My grief lasted about 5 seconds...
There are some really inspired details in the new site, IMHO. I think the "yacking women" are entirely appropriate. Interesting that the InfoPop interface appears to have had a subtle influence on the main site (quite a lot of "griddy box" layouts and default fonts, slightly less white space overall).
It is slightly odd seeing the Naim logo in white, and on a blue blended background. Maybe it should go green on rollover.
Also, nice to see that the guy in the yellow shirt made it over...
Best;
Mark
(an imperfect
forum environment is
better than none)

Nice one!
A lot faster, nice graphics AND a beautiful design on all the new gear (never thought I would say that, but I guess you´ll get used to anything...).
Picked up the new leaflet at my dealer today. When is the new stuff ( especially HiCap, Headline) available?
Greetings from Stockholm!
