Does the change make a marked difference? If so, am I better to wait until I change my cartridge and do both together?

I have not done the A/B thing, but Linnies I know rate the change as a plus.

The question is how much of a plus might this be? Also, there are other areas of the TT what might be candidates for an upgrade or change. These are:
1) Lingo->Lingo II
2) Arkiv (A) With VandenHull retip to some other cartridge.
3)Linn Linto to some other phono stage. Ayre is coming out with a phono stage that will match my other Ayre gear).
My Arkiv with the VdH retip has about 400 hours on it and is about 14 months old.
I find that I am listening less to Vinyl. Some might have to do with significantly deteriorating eyesight, but I don't think that is the only reason as I still ahve enough eyesight to use the TT and even clearn the stylus.
Vinyl does not seem to engage me anymore as much.
The question is, where should I focus first in terms of upgrading the TT, if I go in that direction?
