n-vi or av2/dvd5/napv175

loving my av2/dvd5 setup i wonder what the differences to a n-vi are.

considering a second av system would you go for a n-vi or s/h av2/dvd5/napv175?

If I had the space the Av2 based system. If only because it's a lot more flexible!
