That's why I use the Tube before rush hour really starts....not that it ever gets that bad - it makes the Central Line seen civilised!

Exiled Highlander - I travel the central line from Lancaster gate to Tottenham court rd every day at 8:45.

That is a pretty miserable experience!

I experienced this a few times in Hong Kong.

The funny thing was being with a small group of Europeans. The guys with the white gloves just looked at us and decided that we could have our space. Razz

For me Hong Kong has one of the best MTR systems in the world.
