Naim win Tonytronic "Best Service" Award!
Posted by: tonytronic on 30 March 2009
Yes, they've easily earned my personal award for providing the best Customer Technical service!
Let me explain...
I had a problem with my HDX such that I could not play a saved playlist of more than 7 tracks.
Anyway, I contacted my Naim dealer by phone and explained the problem.
Within 30 minutes of this phone call;-
So within an hour of mentioning the problem to my dealer, the problem was fixed - AND i got to speak with Phil at Naim directly!
I don't know of ANY other company that provides technical help that fast, that personal, and to such a high standard!
Well done Naim, and a personal "Thank you" to Phil for his highly professional help in solving this problem.
Naim really do live up to their 'World Class' claim!
p.s. And thanks to my Naim dealer (Robin at Audio Excellence, Worcester) for his unfailing attention. I owe you one!

Anyway, I contacted my Naim dealer by phone and explained the problem.
Within 30 minutes of this phone call;-
- The dealer called back and arranged for me to talk directly with a top-rank Naim engineer - Phil Harris, no less! (for HDX software problems it doesn't get higher than this!).
- Having consulted with Phil, a solution was proposed which fixed the problem.
( Note that if this had not worked, further direct action would have been taken, including remote diagnostics over Internet...)
