202 vs. 82

Hey all,
I currently have a CDX>Nait5>HiCap system. I am thinking about upgrading and thought I would get a new preamp first. I am currently using a headline2 setup so I don't need my nait at all and will probably sell it to fund the upgrade. I am torn between getting a secondhand 82 or 202. They are both around the same price secondhand. I have never really heard much of the old kit. I was wondering if someone could tell me the sonic differences between the two pieces.
