Where can I buy a Musicworks 6-way extension block?

Hi,

I need a good quality extension block for my system. The Musicworks 6-way block seems to get a lot of praise here on this forum and gets a superb review from Hi-fi+ magazine but despite this I don't seem to be able to find any online shops selling it and I can't find a web address for Musicworks either. Can anybody please point me in the right direction?. I'd also be interested to hear what people think of this extension block. I'm currently using a Russ Andrews 6-way Yello extension block with built in super clamp but the Musicworks block uses star earthing which is supposed to be especially beneficial for Naim equipment. Thanks.

My system.

Hi Freckles,

I've tried the Russ Andrews stuff and didn't get on with it. Felt it gave the music artificial lifts at some frequencies. But like everything, else one mans poison...
I'm using the Musicworks 6-way at the moment - basically because it was what my dealer was using when I demo'd the stuff and it sounded great. I have no complaints now that I'm living with it.

Thanks Steve

I'm definately going to give one a try. I haven't tried my Russ Andrews block in comparison to any other blocks but in general it seems that Russ Andrews equipment and Kimber cables don't work very well with Naim equipment, judging by the feedback from this forum, which is a shame as I've found the Russ Andrews stuff to make very worthwhile improvements with other manufacturers kit and I've also spent a lot of money on his stuff. Oh well, e-bay get ready, plenty of Russ Andrews gear is on the way!
