AllofMP3 website

It looks like allofmp3 has finally hit the skids with the withdrawal of credit services by the main credit card companies, making it impossible for users to lodge funds. I'm sure lots will feel bereft at this turn of events, and not a few will welcome it. Are there any pretenders waiting in the wings to take allofmp3's crown ? Do the legit download sites have anything to learn, from what was a very well organised site ?
