Additional ground pole for electric service?

My main ground is located in a wall in my garage. There is access and it shows about 6 inches above the concrete. I believe the copper is a 6 footer.
Would there be an advantage to adding another 6 footer?
The thought was to connect the 2 together and have the new one in an area that gets watered every day...

Thoughts would be appreciated...
