I used to give Sven the benefit of doubt, but now I just think he's an awful manager of the England team.

I wouldn't give any credit to N. Ireland, they were bloody awful. Just because they get a goal does not cloud my judgement.

But they got one more than England so didn't the better team win?

As a NIPPLE (Northern Ireland Person Presently Living in England) I'm taking the opportunity to needle my work mates (indeed my southern Irish colleague is joining in). After all a country of 1.5 million people has just beaten one of 50 million. So nomatter how it was played (tactics, manager etc.) it was still an achievement. The NI team havent scored against England for 25 years or beaten them in Belfast for 80.
