Russ Andrews 'Naim Interconnects'

I see that Russ Andrews has branched out into DIN to DIN interconnects, specifically aimed at Naim systems.
I have used the hybrid 'Silver Streak' between my Kairn and 250 (XLR to Phonos) with impressive results - has anyone tried the DIN -DIN connectors?

I'm not sure his scheme is a good idea.

The connection scheme he shows, bypasses the signal routing via PSU's, a specific part of the Naim design.

He is, in effect, destroying the star-earthing inherent to the Naim pre / psu / power design.

It is very likely to sound different, but as for better, I doubt it.
