I have it on good authority that Zep have a good chance of reforming with Bonhams son as the drummer - Whats your views? Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile

They made few gigs with Bonzo jr. some years ago.
I've heard that John Paul Jones is not very interested playing with Page and Plant. Saw Page/Plant in Stockholm, 1997 I think. It was quite good. Don't think anyone can take Bonzos place.

Yes please!!!

If it really happens, and there has been talk of this before, but if it really happens that would be an absolute must to see.

New attendance and revenue records?

Having never seen Led Zep in concert this would be a wonderful opportunity - three out of the four original members is not bad.

I am putting Miracle Gro on my hair so that it will be long enough when they play.

Come on, Page is one of THE great axe men. This would be a must see.

From what I understand, it's Percy who isn't really that keen.

It would be good, but it wouldn't really be Led Zep, would it? How can you replace Bonzo? That said, I'd probably go along.

This rumour has been floating about since 1990 and the "Remasters" collection. I'd like to know what this supposedly reliable source is.

A snippet in Q mag a few months ago reported that Dave Grohl had been approached for the gig, and it was to be either him or Bozo jr. This is all for a major award this year for a Hall of Fame thingy, so was to be honoured with a few gigs.

No Bonzo - No Zeppelin

I'm sorry I do not think they would cut it. It would be awful if it turned into a cabaret act.

When I saw Page/Plant in Stockholm they had the drummer from the Black Crowes in the band. He played completely different compared to Bonzo. It sounded a bit strange but was a good choice I believe. Trying to imitate Bonzo would just have sounded weird I guess. The concert was quite good. It started with a killerversion of Whole Lotta Love. The audience went completely mad. It was a great opening and Plant sang surprisingly well. It was a good concert, surely not LZ but in some songs it was quite close. A pity John Paul Jones wasn't there...
