Renault Megane Sport 225 Import (Car Importers/Brokers)

Soon I will be changing my car. Recently looked at the Renault Sport Megane 225. It looks quite impressive. I test drove the car and was impressed. Very quick and smooth. Inside was about average, nothing special. The ride was good without being hard. I got the impression it's not really a "hot hatch", but it has got great performance and smooth ride.

Looking on the internet there are various Importers of these and other cars that appear to be considerably cheaper than the dealers prices. Has anyone had any experiences with these car importers/brokers? Are they reasonably safe to use and would you recommend them?

Any comments and experiences would be appreciated. Also if there are any Megane 225 drivers with thoughts on the car.

You'd have to be lead up to it blind fold though. We (the hire company ) havn't got the 225 version but the "ordinary" one is just that,very ordinary no feel of quality. Stupid "keyless" ignition and very tacky switches and controls. How about the Seat Cupras they are hot hatches. I think there's a 225 bhp one of those.

Good tip go to a car rental agency and look over any of their cars with about 10K+ on them. See how the seat matrials and carpets look after they have been cleaned many many times more than would be normal for that mileage. (Does not apply to really obsessive owners).
