Any different between Naim DC1 Coxial cable in BNC or RCA by using in Naim DAC? RCA plug is more popular...Any sound/performance difference between BNC & RCA?

Welcome to the forum Naruto.

According to Naim there is a sonic difference and the BNC connection is better. Naim have long preferred the BNC connector over the RCA connector. Their phono connections for turntables always used to be BNC for example. If you have the option to use BNC on your transport, then it is worth doing.

I do not know if there is a benefit when using an RCA-equipped transport with an RCA->BNC DC-1.

ive used bnc /test equipment for the best part of a very long time, and the bnc in an industrial sense is a more solid connector. but if two identical constructed cable having bnc/rca cnnector .you would find it difficult to detect any change. we are talkig 0.5 of a metre.... good marketing maybe good looks sell the cables. plus the majority of systems use rca, cant see that will change. naim went rca to sell more units and give customer choice. ive had the dac over 5 weeks, tried all combinations, forget the cables the naim dac is the best dac by far, and over 20yrs ive had a few. comment about opitical . never liked but the optical output is outstanding . £32 TCI cable great result tryed expensive cables no real change
