82 pre-amp - with Internal 525 boards or Stageline?

Hi there
I wonder if anyone out there has tried this comparison.
On the pre-amp side of things I currently have an 82 powered by a Hicap and NAPSC. My Dynavector DV-20XL comes in and encounters the 525 boards within the 82. However, I recently acquired a Stageline S. The question is - if I get something to power the Stageline (perhaps a Hicap?), will it sound markedly better than the internal 525 boards? OR would it be better to just get a second hicap for the 82 OR would it better for me to just get a better cartridge OR should I just buy more music? Not using the Stageline and moving it on would certainly free up some money to do other interesting things!
Your thoughts and views will be most interesting.
