With the utmost respect to Fritz, his postings would be infinitely more comprehensible were they posted in the threads they relate to!

However, I guess posting in his own threads is part of his charm

A "charm" no doubt enforced on him by those opposed to free online-publishing at their own expense. Their tolerance (whatever you may think of Phritz' output) would probably not exist in any other situation. Would his posting style and quantity be tolerated for five minutes on Pink Fish for example? Or any other product-loyalty newsgroup under any other area of interest that one might think of? Would they tolerate having their forum members having the piss taken out of them by someone who doesn't even own the product under discussion? I rather fear Phritz' soapbox has become far too tall, of late, to be able to see "most people" as anything but those (far) beneath him.
