My Strange Addiction

My strange addiction is the smell of freshly opened Naim packaging. I've got to admit this is an expensive vice, but one that adds to the whole experience of purchasing Naim kit.

The methodone to this affliction has to be that gorgeously plasticy scent eminating from new copies of Hi-Fi+. Both are almost identical, the magazine and Naim must have access to the same illicit source.

For anyone sharing this problem, then be delighted that new copies of Hi-Fi+ are available. Though, I doubt it will prevent you from scoring another hit from your dealer.

The only good reason *not* to buy used.

Unfortunately, my 72, HiCap, and 140 all smelt like stale cigrettes.
