How do Linn amps sound? I have not heard any in years so I don't trust my memory.

My GF is looking into upgrading from a mini- system. I have a possible lead on a Majik integrated for a steal.

How does the linn line sound compared to naim?

Thanks for stating the obvious.

I already know that much.
If you are going to reply could you at least have something to contribute. Maybe a subjective comparision; using perhaps the normal flowery adjectives that we commonly employ.

In my albeit limited experience I think that Linn amps seem to be very different to Naim ones, I cannot remember the ones I have heard but I have never been very impressive, they seem to be quite shut in in my experience, they may be very good for classical music but anything rock/pop/dance I would steer clear of. This is purely my opinin and I am sure I will be disagreed with so I highly recommend you have a listen and make your own opinion.
