Just to let everybody know that we are currently experiencing some difficulty in replying to customer e-mails. It means that our usual prompt replies to technical queries will be temporarily delayed.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience - rest assured our IT department are working hard to fix the problem as swiftly as possible.
