ANYWAY OF TELLING IF MY NAC72 HAS BEEN SERVICED?

Hi,
I have a second hand NAC 72 and was told when I bought it that it had been serviced. Is there anyway of confirming this? a date scibbled anywhere or do Naim keep records of amos they have serviced?

Yes Naim keep a record of every unit they have ever made, except for specials made up by employees which don't have serial numbers. You see these coming up for sale from time to time. Also this assumes that the servicing was done by Naim at the factory or one of it's appointed service centres abroad. Some dealers, not necessarily naim dealers, will do there own servicing and of course there's quite a few contributers here who are happy to recap there own amps etc.
