20 odd years ago I thought this was funny, but given todays discussions- ae,smb,flac,nas, streaming etc I realise that I have now become that customer in the store.

I can now relate to this

Me too !
There is something nice and simple and tactile about vinyl .
Music may be more accessible with streaming and I love a bit of streaming but the quality hasn't improved over the last 20 years .
