So what about the pathologist who knew one child had meningitis and did not disclose it then? What do you suggest for him? In my view he was far more responsible than Meadow.

Good pint - can't say I feel too charitable about him either. The only thing about Roy Meadow is that as far as I know, because of his ego, he screwed up more lives.

Further tests have been ordered Diccus. Just tragic that she should have been laid so low by our "justice" system. She was also laid low by alcohol before the tragic deaths of her children. She was clearly a deeply unhappy person. Life just deals a crap hand to some people. The fact that Meadows managed to ruin her life and many others is just dreadful - how could the Court of Appeal have overturned his striking off?
