i am trying to access a web cam (nothing dirty) and cannot get it to work. the site owning the web cam says that i need to turn off my pop up blocker. i am running the msn toolbar with a pop up blocker and have selected the "allow pop ups" icon for the web cam web address. still nothing. it also says to enable java script. i,m totally lost. any help?
