Barmy world!

My world has gone barmy! Going to the shops in the car a long string of vehicles in front of us was desperately overtaking a scooter despite sharp blind bends, endless double white lines and blind humps in the narrow rural road. A ten wheeler artic on the wrong side of the road on a blind bend is not a pretty sight even when it's going your way!
Eventually we caught up with the scooter as each vehicle in front of us got past somehow. The driver of the scooter wore large, industrial safety boots and desert camouflage gear. The passengers consisted of a girl in a flowing summer dress and a young cocker spaniel struggling to escape from her arms at 70kph!
On the way back from the shops half an hour later: Guess what? We followed a string of traffic desperately overtaking a scooter with a guy in camouflage and a cocker spaniel trying to escape from the arms of a girl in a flowing dress. And! Neither passenger was wearing helmet!
