This weeks "Martin's Money Tips".
With the 10 Kg baggage allowance on some budget airlines, one traveller uses a US "survivalist" type jacket with multiple pockets can that can hold,
a laptop, books, passports, clothes and more, plus a bag with 10 Kgs for no charge.
A good piece of lateral thinking I reckon.
