Have I had a bargain?

Posted by: raymond on 01 November 2002

I was wondering if a poll had been done on hi-fi second hand bargains. I consider my system a bargain....all second hand as i'm poor.
All the items are in very good to excellent condition, Here goes:-
Revox B77mk2 high speed.
Naim 42.5 pre " should have put this at the top of the list really.
Dunlap-Clarke Dreadnought 500 power amp
Logic 101 mk2, with sme series 3,AT f5/occ
Linn Isobariks
Sony 700ES Tuner
Yamaha E492 processor
Marantz 63mk2 KI signature
Sony 502ES CD player
Yamaha KX580se

The total cost £1,020. I know there is lots of room for improvement but they all play great music smile

...I got my first pair of briks for £150!
admittedly they were in a hideous teak colour, and the grilles were turning to dust but the Epos ES14s went straight into Loot!...(The £200 equity went into a better CD player sooner than imagined!)....Anyone want to buy a Linn mimik???
