It's called "Seize The Time" and is mentioned on his website as being released in February on the Naim label. However, it's not listed in the Naim shop.

FLAC is Free Lossless Audio Codec.
It is a form of Lossless compression, meaning file size is greatly reduced, but no 0s and 1s are lost in the process. So it sounds just as good!
There are media players that will play FLAC, or you can use various freeware to convert the FLAC to another uncompressed, lossless or compressed format.
