Eric Bibb recommendations

Hi All,

me and the good lady were chatting about music, as you do, and she was going on about seeing Eric Bibb at a festival a few years ago and how amazing he was, but neither of us have anything of his music.

So with that in mind, and considering his extensive catalogue, we're looking for recommendations......so fire away.

I would start with An Evening with Eric Bibb, which is live - him and Dave Bronze on bass. A Ship Called Love is probably my next favourite, but I don't think you can go far wrong with Mr Bibb.

I have most if not all of his albums and my fav would be Natural Light from 2003 followed by Spirit & the Blues from 1994.

You'll find lots of recommendations in other posts, as already mentioned you can't really go wrong. Personally my favourites are Painting Signs and Natural Light. The latest "Get Onboard" is also good.

Thanks for the replies. Didn't notice there was another thread. Had a look at it, and its great but I was looking for Eric Bibb specifically.

So I've put the recommendations on my wish list and will pick them up as I go.
