Chrysler PT Cruiser advert music

Who is the recording artist that sings 'I drive all night' on the Chrysler PT cruiser advert. I know I've heard it before by someone else, sounds a bit like Shania Twain on speed. Any ideas?

I drove all night by Roy Orbison or Celine Dion. I can't find a down load to hear if its the right song.

Yeah - Cindy Lauper did a version but not sure if that's it - too distracted by the insane MINGINGNESS of that car to notice the music - that car has to be one of the worst abominations of style ever to hit the streets - not much behind almost any people carrier or that putrid, rancid Renault with the "butt" (you know, the one in the "Shaking that ass" music'd advert)...

Its one of the few original cars around. Crysler have cornered the market in reasonably priced "different" cars. See also Crossfire and Prowler.
BTW the Cruiser is NOT a people carrier.
I don't own one.
IMHO ALL the music for french car ads is dreadful mind you its matches most of their cars.

I'm sorry, I think the Cruiser is Hip for Old Folks.
Speaking of car commercials, I believe there is a commercial for Renault or Citroen* in which a man and a woman drive along a straight road. Thirdly there's a guy in a jet fighter who spots the woman and he follows the car. Through the sun roof the woman and the fghter pilot exchange some meaningful glances. (The car's driver ain't too happy.)
Inside or outside tv commercials I rarely ever fly jet planes, but I'd die to be the recipient of such glances. The woman is stunningly pretty and without a doubt the best thing that happened to tv commercials since the much discussed Bailey Woman. Has this commercial been aired in the UK? If not, it is really time to consider emigration.

*Beats me - I always press Mute during commercial break

Herman, do this:
1 - Get yourself an open top sports car. Miata, Spitfire or whatever.
2 - Use it.
3 - You will receive admiring glances from the opposite sex.

BTW. The most gorgeous women I've seen in ad was a Norwegian(!) ad on Discovery one or two years ago. Don't remember the plot or what the ad was about though.
