The Smiths...well not really

a few weeks ago I was listening to Late Junction on the Beeb's internet listen again facility and heard a cover version of Bigmouth Strkes Again by I think a Latvian? band who had released an album of Smiths covers. Anybody know more about this? I have tried trawling through the Beeb's site but couldn't find anything.

Any band with an album called "Drink To My Horse!" has got to be worth a punt.
