PLEASE READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY COS I WILL WRITE IT ONLY ONCE

Arrogance is the very worst trait for any Prime Minister to have, and as we all know the British Public will have no say whatso'ever in who the next one will be for some 3 years in theory (like it or not). These are obviously the opinions of a knuckle-head, ie, me, so yer can take them with a pinch of the old salt.

Blair: (Burned out & entirely arrogant).
Blunkett: (simply arrogant).
Reid: (totally arrogant & very dangerous).
Beckett: (More like Thatcher by the day).
Brown: (Daft, Naive & Idealistic).

Clarke: (Most inspiring PM Material for years).
Our Jack: (Most experienced UK World Politician (after Blair) and top caretaker PM candidate until proper Party Vote).
Benn: (Very Promising Foreign Secretary material).
Short: (New MP for Blackburn).
Brown (again): (Job in the City, preferably Johannesburg).

That's all folks.

Fritz von Now somebody else can have a post or two, Cos I'm orf daan the Markit*

As serving Servicemen & Women and Civil Servants like Our very own Our Andy cannot officially speak their minds (quite right too) that task is left to 'Possibly deranged?' Gobshites like me, or run of the mill Gutter lick-spittle er, Journo's who for some very strange reason everybody takes heed of? Lord Stevens himself (ex Met Guvnor ) was straight in with constructive critisism upon retirement and back into Civvie street, as were/are many senior Military folk, who are mainly ignored depending on wether Tony's Mob likes them or not! (irrespective of the good of the country in my view, wether it be prisons, crime or National security). I repeat I have no political or hidden agenda just the best interests of Europe (strongly including Britain at the forefront (if they deserve it) as my only wish as a Citizen/European, London Born).

Ian Dury fans will know that 'The' Sudan is a very big place, in fact the biggest of all the 50 African countries, likewise so is Afghanistan. Pretty logical then to not expect a fleabite to inflict pain on an boiling wound then and probably why the Yanks aren't there any more or haven't you noticed yet? innit*

Mind you! What with this planet's most precious cargo comprising mainly of Scousers and Mancunians, I suppose it's hardly surprising that Newcastle would be number 1 on most Chaps lists of recommendation to a wetback supporter looking for solace in alcohol, drugs and hooliganism never mind CITY of a saturday afternoon, innit*

Don't torture yourself into thinking you're a free spirit Our Andy (we've been through all of this propaganda mallarky afore John) that's why you're well paid and housed, and don't forget it. As always you know I don't speak personally here, and by asking you a question and recieving the perfunctory "Yes I agree entirely" or "Current Intel doesn't permit me to divulge my sources further John" are not answers as you well know.

Regards,

Fritz von Have a nice weekend, and I'm looking forward to reading your memoirs (after vetting naturally) upon your retirement*

I had that bloke Peel in the back of my cab once, I didn't know that he was a part time Copper as well as being the PM*

No pendantic Official and Unofficial here please*

N.B. Recieved a lovely card earlier depicting the fantastic Ely Cathedral (Even better then Salisbury I feel). Some years back I worked in a thingy hotel (posts passim) and their Choir visited Berlin annually for this concert or that. It reminded me of one mischievous moment on my part when one moaning upon their departure, I thought I'd wind the Cooks up (05:00Hrs) with a 'last minute' packed lunch order for all of them 50-ish. The twats called my bluff (instead of flying to reception as per usual to complain, they bloody well made them all up). I was never officially done (My Guv was not happy, Welsh, but decent) but I surely did remember that Cathedral allright.

Plenty of your chaps stayed there too strangely enough (Officially) an absolute bugger to get rid of em, it was almost as if they actually preferred it here?

Just scooted through some of the threads and you wouldn't Adam and Eve it, I'm quite shocked to find Our Erik being Naimed and Bl-aimed.

All because a few came along and found it quite tempting to pursue their private agenda!

I hope they've lost privileges too?

After Cameron's recent Tory party audition, he's been offered the role of the Pied Piper in the Tories Christmas Pantomime.

Beano, did you know one of the first principles of a free society is an untrammelled flow of words in an open forum.

Dear Fritz,

Your observations about a thread where T P-M seems to suggest a whole new layer of unwritten Forum rules, is noted here and with complete agreement. I shall have nothing further to add to that thread, but if it were a thread I had initiated, I certainly would have made a direct response along the lines of your observation.

______________

I have a new job (well very old actually as I last did it ten years ago) in a new department at work, making industrial quatities of machine workable pastry! It took me two days to get back my judgement of timings of the mixing stages and amounts of ice to ad to the water, but back they have come. Amazingly I am working with another delightful collection of Poles, though being somewhat shy I have not found out their names yet! Well I have found out that one of the girls is called Monica, but I expect that spelling is wrong!

They have a wicked (yet wicked in the sense of being able to be misunderstood, if not by me by now) sense of humour! So my new collegues will be nice to work with, and my new managers were nice ten years ago, and seem to have only improved with time! The transfer, which was very abrupt and deliberately so, has been very happy. I actually provoked a row on purpose w--- ...

Nuff said. The transfer took minutes, because I had been canvassing!

Furtunately my two old colegues completely understood how things had gone, and in them I shall have two very good friends, hopefully for life. There has been more communication since we split as a team than ever there was, before...

Catch up tomorrow, perhaps, Fredrik [Tired, But Content Smiley].

You old lush you Our Fredders!

Fritz von Just had my first entire weekend at home for some years for physical as well as financial reasons. Time to batten the old hatches down once again as I'll be unemployed once more at the end of the month. I only smoke in the pub (and of late smoked far too many and can't control it after a few beers) so I've nipped it in the bud by not going there (Hope the Boss doesn't go bankrupt though?). Had a few Buds last night doing this and that as well as posting 'briefly' on here, strange to wake up afore 09:00 on a Sunday clear headed. Two more days off then back to the last run at the old bog brush factory, I trust I can do it as well as I've done up to now as they're quite an unprofessional lot of jealous folks for some reason so I won't miss them at all at all. Mega amounts of paperwork to get organised too for my impending status (this is a land of infinate, though logical beurocracy). I'll hopefully pay two months rent in one at the end of this as a safety valve for the impending worry and stress caused by ever late payments from the authorities etc, Our Mick would be proud of me, though I expect he's slumming it in Spain still being important and getting drunk every night on cheap second rate brandy*

Milk coffee time methinks, innit*

G'Day.

P.S. Congratulations on your smooth transition (I expect Monica is spelt with a K) and the Partly-Manly sketch is hardly worth bothering and wasting breath over, though I'm sad the Our Erik entity had to leave this place he was quite a card on occassion unlike many fuddy duudy stuff shirts I could mention, and they think that I'm full of myself!*

Careful Our Beano, I don't want you getting your bottom spanked on my behalf John.

Regards,

Fritz Von I've just enjoyed an hour or so of unbelievable luxury (Our Mick would love it). Regarding afore-mentioned beurocratic nightmares in this land getting dole etc sorted, one was previously (still do for most folks) required to go to each and every department, get fucked around for hours (instead of looking for work) just to get the application forms etc for these things (often getting the third degree even at that stage as many er, Brits have screwed the system in the past, Germans are generally very honest folk in my experience). Well Yes, one has to know how & where naturally, but I've just managed to download and print up the forms right here in Fritz's parlour (even my Free TV Licence thingy form) amazing stuff! Long Live the internet:

All filled out-signed and in today's post collection.

Fuck em

P.S. And for the Parry's of this world, I'm not boasting with regards to the above, I'm simply rejoicing in the fact that I can manage my 'Survival' more easily, because that's what it really boils down to 'in the real world', and as stated by me afore, the er, Parry's & Partly-Manly's of this world in a similar situation would not last 5 seconds (FACT) one is entirely on ones own, plain & simple, a bit like me really, innit.

N.B. I refer naturally (once again) to my choice of living here in Germany and therefore taking the rough with the smooth.

I wondered where Erik had gone. It must have happened whilst I was on holiday as I haven't seen him post since I got back.

His Lebanon/Israel thread was heating up before I went away, but when I came back it had been deleted.

What happened?

I'm similarly concerned about Our Mick as it's way past his bedtime?

Fritz von Maybe they've sailed to Denmark in a pea green boat to visit Our Nime to throw cakes at sailors & look for pussy and stuff?

There again if Parry's at the helm they'll probably be in the Pitcairns by now participating in strange religious customs!
