Apologies from one who can't do much more

As a representative of the circa 13.000.000 of people who didn't vote for Berlusconi at the last Italian Political Elections, I apologize for the newest - but not the last, I fear - stupid and vulgar joke of our premier about Barack Obama. If he doesn't feel like apologizing (he never does) someone has to do it. I'm sorry and I fear it won't be so easy to get rid of him as it was for Americans to change their own embarassing ambassador.

I'm sure we have enough of our own to apologise for, but speaking as one from a Britalian household, I am familiar with your leader's sense of fun. I think this is only the start of his love affair with Obama. He has to move on from his last lover
