Calling AV32R users

I know there are several guys out there with the combination of AV32R and naim amps. I've just had an upgrade to V3.6 of the control software and now the naim remote control (ordinary not Flash) volume buttons are also driving the AV32R volume.

I don't remember this happening before the upgrade. It's very inconvenient! Could someone check it out for me on their system and let me know if I'm just being dense? I'm in contact with TAG about it but they don't think they changed anything that should have affected this functionality in V3.6. My previous version was V3.4.

I'm running software 3.5 .1 ? on my AV32 and am pleased to say that the Naim remote does not operate the volume on my AV32. Also what is more important the Tag remote volume +/- does not operate the volume on my Naim 82

As I plug my AV32 into my Naim 82 VCR input and dial up 12 o'clock for my home cinema operation it would be serious mayhem if they started to interfere.

Can you keep me posted as to whether you get this sorted with V3.6 I'm told there is a V3.7 about to appear.

I put some new batteries in my Naim remote and lo and behold it does affect the AV32R volume and that is with the old software V3.5.?

The tag has no effect on the Naim 82 though.

Thanks Eddie. I clearly must never of used the Naim remote before (I do use a programmable thing usually)and so somehow never noticed this effect. Ho hum.
