Anyone have any experience of this company as i have received an email from them regarding an account under a bloke in America. they have his name and details but my email address
also they have an automated email address so i cannot contact them and i`m buggered if i`m ringing America

its like lovefilm - a reputable company but like so many companies these days its hard to talk to a human being. just email customer service to alert them to a possible problem and then your civic duty is done.

There is only a phone number, the email is an automated one

I agree on the customer service but what worries me most is that the American chappie has signed up with them and given my email address

i guess its his problem. although i'd be mildly concerned about identity theft so might be worth a quid or whatever calling them to put your mind at rest.

Are you on aol.com or something like that? It could be a simple typo. If not I'd suggest you chase it up, just for your own peace of mind.

No mate i`m on gmail, i have un subscribed on their website so that should have cancelled it as well
