If you like "Is A Woman"

If you like Lambchop "Is a Woman", buy Cowboy Junkies "Early 21st Century Blues". Very much in the same etherial vein, but with Margo Timmins, a truly superb vocalist. Excellent sonics are a bonus for those of you who will admit to appreciating anything about hifi besides the music for its own sake.

Btw "Early 21st century blues" is only one of Junkies' best.

Thanks for this tip. We've been enjoying '21st Century Blues' all week at home, my wife in particular loves it. Personally could do without the U2 cover but it is pretty fine all the same.

Anyone got 'The Trinity Sessions'? Seems like their classic album if I was going to buy another.

I've got this on vinyl. Very good it is too, despite being one of those recordings hifi writers use to pick up nerdy details on. Stunning version of Hank Williams' 'I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry'
