Soon-Yi Previn was born in Korea and adopted by Mia Farrow and her then husband Andre Previn in 1978. So to answer the question:

Mia Farrow would be Woody's "Mother-In-Law" fortunately Mia never married Woody thus avoiding the potenitally difficult Mother-In-Law/Ex-Wife confusion. Even so it probably makes for exciting times at family gatherings!

But Soon-Yi and Woody were married during the same time that Anne-Sophie and Andre were so I guess Anne-Sophie was Woody's "Step Mother-in-Law" briefly.
