Will a Flatcap 2 power a NAC 202?

Greetings,
Will a Flatcap 2 power a NAC 202? Can a Nait 5 be used as power amp in this configuration?

A flatcap 2 can definatly be used to power a 202 - I know cos thats exactly what I use - and dam fine it sounds to Smile . Not sure about the Nait 5 as a power amp though - However I seem to recollect reading a similar thread here about that so you may wish to do a search .

Oky,

I recently moved from a nait 5/hicap to a 112, then added a 200. During the transition, the hicap powered the 112, and the Nait was used purely as a power amp. Dead easy to do, just remove the shorting lead (remember not to lose it), then connect a snaic into the input socket. Worked a treat.
