Play.com - a big thumbs up for service !

Following many great recommendations on the thread about RLJ's new album I ordered some of her older albums and also a couple of Shawn Colvin's offereings. All at great prices from play.com
However, with our wonderful postal dispute throwing the UK into turmoil (apart from the bills - which always seem to get through.......) only one of the CD's arrived.
I decided to telephone them today expecting the "give it a couple of weeks, the postal dispute is delaying everything" response but no........
They have despatched me replacements as I type and I should, hopefully, get them during next week. I have been asked me to return duplicates if they eventually turn up
Anyway, I just thought it would be nice to post some positive response for a company who cares more about their products arriving than taking my money !!
