PC on Room 101

Posted by: Guido Fawkes on 30 December 2005

Just seen Phil Collins on Room 101 and now I detest him even more. He put Noel and Liam Gallagher in R101 for telling the truth about him and his muzak. I'm not a great Oasis fan, but compared with PC they are a breath of fresh air.

Never seen a greater and more obvious ripoff of the Beatles to date - creative, never....PC may not be the ultimate but ne beats them...

Hmmmmmm

The thing I remember about Phil Collins is when he threatened to leave England if Labour (Kinnock days) were elected. A stronger reason for voting labour I could not think of but it didn't work that year.

I respectively suggest that you are the one speaking bollocks and that Peter is speaking his mind

Don't worry Sloop, message received loud and clear...and what's more I agree with you.

Collins is no saint but anyone that disses the Gallagher brothers is alright by me!

Cheers,

Jon

"I predict a riot"

How big is room 101 anyway. Seems like there is much more to fit in!

Mind you it has to be pretty big to cope with the staged 'rows' between the Gallaghers...

Phil Collins?

That'll explain all the music references on the show....I though it was Jim Bowen.

I thought PC said he quite liked Oasis 'the band and music' but not the Gallaghers as people!

He did say that, but seemed to take exception to the Gallies advising people to vote labour so he'd leave the country - he also didn't like being referred to as a Musical (or was it Music Hall) Antichrist. Only goes to show how sensitive some folks are. Anyway I think it was daft of him to put them in Room 101, 'cos I'm sure somebody must have put PC in Room 101 (somewhere between Dire Straits and Coldplay. I'd guess)
