I watched this on DVD the other and have to say it's a quality film.

You're F**K**g right, you f**k**g M**ther***^er.

Normally, I'm not a 'British gangster' genre fan, but Kingsley, Winstone and McShane all playing against type are brilliant. Kingsley is very scary indeed.

I saw it a month or so ago on the box (C4?) and thought it rather good.
Sand, sea, sun and menace plus Mrs Braithwaite in a dark wig, v good.

if you liked Sexy Beast, check out Gangster No 1 starring Paul Bettany. It's a bit of a docu-film set in the sixtees about london mobsters and their right hand men (No1). Starts off a bit slow but gets better if you stick with it. Also recommend Layer Cake, and Love, Honour & obey (jude law, johnny lee miller, denise van outen, sean pertwee, ray winston, sadie frost and most of grange hill and eastenders bit parts.
