Best ever cd recording....

This may well have been done before, but what is your choice of best ever recorded/produced cd?
My Chioce would be this; and it has the added bonus of being a top class album too.

The grooviest:
The JPN first pressing of it is outstanding.(32XD)
Have you compared against the 2nd pressing (20P2)?
I only have the first pressing for this one.
I prefer a certain vinyl-rip I have here...

This one is a superb recording of exceptionally well played tunes.

I think Steely Dan's 'Two Against Nature' sounds pretty tasty

while I Really like this album I have to say I'm not a great lover of the "true stereo" recording technique.
I actually like drums miked up to beat the band and every little nuance being in a different spatial position in the mix.
While these "true stereo" recordings may be a more faithful reproduction of what you might hear if you were in the room I prefer a little bit of jiggery pokery.
.......nothing like a drum-roll starting on the left and moving over to the right speaker.
sometimes less is less.

Lindsay Buckingham - Out Of The Cradle ...Superbly recorded by himself ...I've never heard guitars sound better ..a criminally overlooked CD

Amazing - I was going to put this on yesterday at about the same time but got side-tracked!
Superb.

Always found this mastering a bit 'etched' in places compared to the MFSL mastering.
