Hi there,
Just want to share this with you, perhaps someone already mentioned them in this forum. I bought the Zero 7's album when it first released, it is very good album, very mellow & very AIR (The French band; or you can even say more AIR than AIR, if you have AIR's latest album, you will understand what I mean, it's so different to Moon Safari', sound much harder).
If you like Kruder & Dormeister (Tosca, Peace Orchetra ... etc side projects), Kid Loco, Dimitri from Paris, Nightmare On Wax, Cafe Del Mar series ... etc, you will love this, go get it!
Enjoy
Cheers
Martin

This album is a strange one - it's one of those which people either love, or find incredibly dull.
I've been surprised - people I thought would be thrilled by it are in fact disinterested, and people I thought would never like it, are glued to it striaght away.
Me personally, I love it. It just 'resonates' correctly with me.
I saw them live at The Big Chill in July, and was extremely impressed. Particularly the voalists, who were very good indeed. The stand out track was 'Distractions', where the lead singer (whose name has escaped me) left me shivering.
Superb stuff.

Given I like Air (both styles), Kid Loco, Nightmares on Wax then I'll certainly give this a listen.
But I though Bent were the British Air????

Hi,
I bought this one and found it dull, but I put it on again for some background music and found myself turing it up and enjoying it, so give it a second play, it might grow on you.
