Stand guideline prices

Posted by: DIL on 18 October 2003

Hi,
Looking to sort out my stand situation. Fraim would be nice, but it's not the cheapest stand on the market.

Like the look of Isoblue, which also seems to get good (acceptable ?) reviews and is used by one of the dealers I have traded with in the past; NAF in Loghborough.

Anyhow, anyone have guideline prices and/or experiences to share.

Thanks

Looks like you are after a 5 shelf unit or are you going to keep the LP12 on its own stand/wall-shelf (recommended)?

If the dealer will loan you the Iso-Blue, try it out, but good as it is, it is still not a Fraim.

Can not really comment on the cost however.

Good luck in your search.

Cheers

Hi David

Fraim will wring 100% out of what you have and should be considered as a substantial system upgrade.

Isoblue is cost effective, attractive and sounds good.

That Fortnum And Mason slogan holds true here:-

"The quality will be enjoyed, long after the price is forgotten"

Here's a friend's system looking just dandy on Isoblue.

And for no particular reason a picture of Thomas the cat.

Good luck.

The QS Ref may be as good as a Fraim for you.

It is modular and four usable shelves cost £730, and £140 for each additional shelf.
