Questions regarding the new Ekos Silver Tonarm Cable & P-clip

1) Is this a worthwhile upgrade? I already have a Lingo,Linto, Cirkus, Ekos, Arkiv.
2) Given the cost of the cable and P-clip in the USA (about $400 I think), is it the norm for installation (hourly labor charges) to be included?
