Unofficial FAQ

There is now an updated version of the unofficial FAQ, although the content is more or less the same and its only really changed to remove the dead links for which I was getting regular hassle of various people.

BTW it is increasingly out of date and as this updte took me 2 years it seems unlikely that it will be changnig any time soon. If anybody would like to amend or add to it just drop me a line.
