Six Degrees of Separation

I can link by six degrees to the heads of state of most of the countries in the world

How

Route 1 - My wifes sister's Godfather was the Queens Hairdresser (and yes I knew him) he knew the Queen - who has met a large number of heads of state.

Route 2 - I was driven to Heathrow by a driver who had been contracted to assist in the transportation of the visits of Pres Clinton and Bush to the UK, as part of the work detail he met both presidents.

I knew Lady Hull, wife of Sir Percy Hull, who was organist at Hereford during Elgar's life, and a musical colaborator...

That is three removes.

I can't think of a better one in my case, but my one Norwegian cousin is on friendly terms with both Bjorn Borg and Jon Bon Jovi! Only two removes, but not so interesting.

I very good personal friend, and she is over eighty, can remember Sir George Christie (of Glyndebourne) where her father was the local GP! Must have been a nice practice!

My parents used to know a White House correspondent in DC. He covered the news from Kennedy to Nixon. So I guess I'm quite up there. glad I don't know any of the recent Republicans in the last 15 years.
